Cookies & Cream Cheesecake Cupcakes.

When I saw a picture of these little cupcakes earlier this week, I knew I had to make them. I mean:
Cream cheese: good!
Sugar: sweet!
Vanilla: yummy!
Sour cream: tasty!
Oreos: Oh yeah baby!
So, the recipe is very easy, you just put all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk them.
Add some chopped up Oreos.
Put one Oreo in each cupcake tin.
Add some batter to every cupcake and bake for about 25 minutes.
Put them in the fridge for at least 4 hours.
Don’t try to think of the fridge and its contents for at least 4 hours.
Reward yourself for your endurance with a very rich and luscious little cake!
